Graduated from Queen’s University in 1986 with a Bachelor in physiotherapy. Over her 35 year career she has gained experience in a wide range of settings such as hospitals, extended care units, home health and rehab centres. Isabelle’s main focus is helping people regain and maintain quality of life while dealing with chronic conditions.
She has had an advanced personal yoga practice to manage life’s stresses since 2006. This hobby grew into a passion that lead her to take her RYT-200 (200 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher Certification) and Yin/Chakra certification in summer of 2017.
In March 2016, a tragic water accident rendered her husband a quadriplegic. Through this personal experience of trauma and rehabilitation, Isabelle’s yoga practice deepened and evolved into a whole new way of practicing physiotherapy. She is inspired to use yoga as her main treatment modality.
No matter your age or circumstance, her goal is to keep you moving so that you can live your life to the fullest.
