CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask that you contact the clinic at least 24hrs in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate that sometimes unexpected things happen and that priorities within your day may change. We encourage our clients to understand that no-shows/last-minute cancellations may prevent another client from getting much needed treatment. Alternatively, if another client fails to provide sufficient notice for cancellation, this may prevent you from receiving a desired appointment when schedules are full. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed the associated cancellation fee for your treatment. Please note, this fee is NOT covered by your insurance company.

Graduated from Queen’s University in 1986 with a Bachelor in physiotherapy. Isabelle’s main focus is helping people regain and maintain quality of life while dealing with chronic conditions.

She has had an advanced personal yoga practice to manage life’s stresses since 2006. This hobby grew into a passion that lead her to take her RYT-200 (200 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher Certification) and Yin/Chakra certification in summer of 2017.

In March 2016, a tragic water accident rendered her husband a quadriplegic. Through this personal experience of trauma and rehabilitation, Isabelle’s yoga practice deepened and evolved into a whole new way of practicing physiotherapy. She is inspired to use yoga as her main treatment modality.

Harman completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Lovely Institute of Higher Studies (G.N.D.U) in India. Upon coming to Canada, she obtained her status as a Registered Physiotherapist with CPTBC.

Harman uses a combination of techniques rich in manual therapy including symptom modification, trigger point release, shockwave therapy, vestibular therapy as well as client education, and individualized exercise programs to help her clients achieve their goals. She firmly believes in treating not only patient symptoms but also the source of pain to ensure long-term relief for her patients. Harman enjoys treating people of all ages and has been fortunate to work with a wide variety of patients over the years, working in acute care/hospital settings and outpatient environments.

Over her years of practice and continuing education, Harman came to develop a keen interest in women’s pelvic health physiotherapy, realizing how impactful this treatment can be for so many women. She loves that pelvic health physiotherapy provides a safe space for women to address their concerns and greatly improve their quality of life. Shayne is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He became interested in Massage Therapy during his recovery process following an old injury. Feeling that progress with his Yoga practice was stunted from this injury, Shayne’s family physician recommended massage. After several treatments with a Registered Massage Therapist, Shayne was ecstatic to experience an increase in his range of motion and dissipation of his chronic pain, which enabled him to continue progressing with his Yoga practice the way he desired. He needed to know what his Therapist knew!

Shayne has a heart for helping people and loves that he can use his knowledge of human anatomy and practical skills as a Massage Therapist to approach helping others on their healing journey with intuition and empathy. He is happy to provide massage for wellness, rehabilitation or relaxation. His massage techniques include superficial to deep tissue work incorporating a wide range of Swedish massage, fascial work and joint mobilizations. Dr. Jose cares deeply about helping clients achieve optimal health so they can live life to their greatest possible potential. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California. During his time at Palmer, he was also a student instructor of human anatomy and cadaver studies and graduated at the top of his class.

From a young age, Dr. Jose has been passionate about exercise, movement and recovery. His interest started as a Tier One Division athlete with the Abbotsford Soccer Association. He expanded his knowledge by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology concurrent to pursuing a degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. During this time he gained valuable experience in exercise prescription and rehabilitation working with varsity athletes at UFV as well as through internship with the BC Lions football team alongside strength & conditioning coaches and athletic therapists. Upon completion of his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and prior to pursuing chiropractic education, Dr. Jose was integral to the development of the Kinesiology team at Intuitive, where he provided leadership and mentorship in his role as Lead Kin.

Dr. Jose seeks to provide the most current evidence-based treatment with focus on active rehabilitation, passive mobilizations, soft-tissue therapies, patient education, spinal manipulative therapy (SMT), extremity adjustments, and other modalities to provide patients with the highest quality of care. Rajat graduated from M.S. Ramaiah Medical college in Bangalore, India. His practice during his time in India, focused on work in various hospital rehabilitation settings. Since coming to Canada, he has worked primarily in the capacity of Clinical Physiotherapist supporting clients along their recovery journey from various musculoskeletal issues.

Rajat strongly believes in teamwork for the betterment of patients and is always open to suggestions and feedback. His diverse clinical skill set incorporates the use of manual treatments, IFC, shockwave, ultrasound and laser. He is also certified to provide IMS/dry needling treatments when appropriate to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Michelle graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, with her Bachelors in Physiotherapy. Over the years, she has been responsible for various levels of service delivery to a wide range of stakeholders within the public and private health care sectors.

Michelle has a unique ability to connect with clients and stakeholders alike which has allowed her to physically and mentally prepare clientele with various orthopaedic, neurological and persistent pain related disorders for a successful return to work and/or a return to their normal daily activities. This is done through listening to people’s stories, gathering all the information available, identifying potential gaps, placing adequate weight on all the influencing factors and then mapping out a well-defined action plan, inclusive of each parties’ responsibility and accountability towards successful outcomes.

It is Michelle’s passion to empower and facilitate clients in their recovery process, while minimizing disability, through a function-based assessment and well-defined treatment process considering each person as a whole.

Christy graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. While in college, having the ability to collaborate as a team to help her client’s experience the best possible outcomes inspired her to be a part of a multidisciplinary practice. 

Before becoming an RMT, Christy worked as a receptionist and saw how much of an impact a person could have on someone else’s life, even if indirectly. She recognizes the simple value of providing a safe space for someone, and fully believes that massage can positively improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Christy has found her passion in pregnancy massage, as well as pain management and rehabilitation - specifically headaches, shoulders, and low backs. Using a variety of techniques, such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations, she adapts her treatments to suit each client’s needs. She will always include a little self-care to do at home, to encourage the collaboration of her clients in their healing process.

In her free time, Christy enjoys being out in nature and relaxing at home. She can often be found walking or hiking with a friend, or playing games with her family.
